Having recently left Scottish Widows Investments Partners, as Head of Equity Dealing and Derivatives, Anthony is very experienced in motivating and monitoring a team of dealers in an increasingly demanding financial environment. This was achieved by way of a thorough and inclusive management style with the aim of minimising the Implementation Shortfall suffered by the Fund Managers whilst ensuring that their targets were met. He interacted with customers and clients both internal and external to promote the core values within my team and the rest of the business.
